Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 31, 2026
1. Introduction
We’re NavoSwap (“we”, “our”, “us”) and we run the NavoSwap exchange stack. This policy is the legal version of what we do with data when you use the product.
If you use NavoSwap, you’re agreeing to this policy as written here.
2. Information We Collect
Swap Transactions: When you initiate a swap, we collect the cryptocurrency addresses involved, transaction amounts, and related order metadata necessary to process the exchange.
Partner Accounts: If you register as a partner, we collect your email address, a one-way hash of your password (not the password in readable form), optional two-factor authentication settings, API key metadata, and information you provide for affiliate or payout purposes (for example payout wallet details).
Technical Data: We may automatically collect certain technical information such as IP address, browser type, and device information for security and analytics purposes.
Swaps without an account: Ordinary swaps do not require registration or KYC. You provide wallet addresses and order details needed to execute the exchange. Optional privacy-oriented routing may be offered for some pairs; it does not guarantee anonymity against all forms of analysis, and compliance screening may still apply where required.
Embedded widget: Partner sites may load our swap interface in an iframe. When you use that interface, information you enter is processed by NavoSwap under this policy; the host site may have its own privacy practices.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information for the following purposes:
- Process and complete cryptocurrency swap transactions
- Provide order tracking and status updates
- Manage partner accounts, API keys, and authentication
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats
- Improve and optimize our services
- Comply with legal obligations
4. Data Storage & Security
We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the service, including TLS for data in transit, hashing of partner passwords and API key material (keys are not stored in plain text), and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Transaction data is retained for the minimum period necessary to fulfill our service obligations and comply with applicable regulations.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information only in the following circumstances:
- With third-party exchange providers necessary to execute your swap transactions
- When required by law, regulation, or legal process
- To protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property
6. Cookies & Local Storage
Our web apps use browser storage (for example local storage) for session state, recent orders, theme or UI preferences, and similar functionality. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies for behavioral ads. The embedded swap widget is served from our domain inside an iframe; storage for that experience follows this policy for data we process.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict processing of your data
- Data portability
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at support@navoswap.com.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of NavoSwap after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
